Integrations
Rulebook works in HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Gmail and Google Drive, Docs and Slides today. We checked each one live, on real accounts. Notion and live meeting capture are in development.
These results come from Brightloop, our demo company with synthetic data, on real HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack and Google accounts. They are not results from customers. Each connection asks for the smallest set of permissions that the work needs.
Live today
-
HubSpot
Rulebook updates deals (stage, amount and next step) and reads quotes. It reads each change back from HubSpot before it marks the work as done. -
Salesforce
The same work as in HubSpot: deals, amounts and quotes, with a check after each change. Our test of the Salesforce connection passed 20 of 20 cases. -
Slack
Rulebook picks up requests from request channels and direct messages. By default, it asks the owner to approve the plan, with one card for each work item, and it posts the result. -
Gmail
Rulebook keeps each email draft in Rulebook, where the owner can change it. It sends the email from the Google account of your company only after a person approves it. Rulebook also reads the email that your team forwards to its Rulebook address, for example a purchase order. -
Google Drive, Docs and Slides
Rulebook fills your Docs and Slides templates, saves files in Drive and checks each saved file. With Drive, it can open only the files that it made or that a person opened with it.
In development
-
Notion
Rulebook can read your playbook pages in Notion. The connection is built, but we have no live check on record yet. -
Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams
Today, Rulebook reads the meeting transcripts that your team gives it. Live capture from the meeting tools is in development.
