How Rulebook works

Rulebook is in early development. We start pilots with a small number of teams.

Rulebook turns what your team says in meetings, Slack and email into work done in your CRM, inbox and documents, with proof for every change. It finds the work, makes a plan, asks the owner, does the work and then checks the result in the tool.

1. You say it in a meeting

Your team agrees on work in standups, pipeline reviews and Slack threads. Rulebook reads the transcript and finds each action item. Each action item gets an owner, a link to the exact quote and, when someone said one, a due date. Rulebook also does the regular tasks of your team on time and picks up requests from chat and email.

2. Rulebook makes a plan

For each work item, Rulebook makes a plan: the changes it will make and the tool where it will make them. Each fact in the plan links to the place where it came from.

3. The owner approves with one click

By default, Rulebook asks the owner to approve the plan. The owner can edit it or approve it with one click. It always asks a person before it sends an email to your customers or does a legal or financial step. Rulebook acts with the access that your admin gives the Rulebook connection.

4. Rulebook does the work in your tools

After the approval, Rulebook does the work in your tools. For example, it updates a deal in HubSpot. See the tools that work today.

5. Done, with proof

Rulebook reads the result back from the tool before it marks the work as done. Every run has a receipt. Work is marked done only when Rulebook can show the result.

No source, no claim

Facts are copied from sources exactly. A second model checks each claim against its source. When a fact has no source, Rulebook asks a human. It never guesses. The trust page has the test results, with dates.
